Lance is a highly successful entrepreneur, private investor, corporate director, and a past recipient of the Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the category of e-software and services.

Lance has founded numerous companies in various industries, including minerals, telecommunications, and automotive, successfully closing $100 MM's in growth capital from institutions, corporations, and family offices. He has executed over thirty corporate acquisitions, taken multiple companies public on both US and international exchanges, and executed many business exits.

Lance currently serves on the Board of Directors, Riot Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIOT), a ~$3.5 BN market cap Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company.

Trent combines Fortune 500 and startup expertise with extensive international experience across numerous industries.

Trent's career highlights include revenue growth, business development, and operational efficiency impact in multi-million-dollar financial services, precious metals mining, and technology companies.

Trent was a leader in telecom, IVR, and data centers. He set up the first Data Centers in China and negotiated the largest telecom sponsorship for the US Olympics.

Trent formerly served as CEO, President, and Chairman of Goldcorp Mining Inc., a Honduras-based mining company engaged in the development of mineral properties.

Dan Gay

Dan Gay

Chief Operating Officer

Dan has Fortune 500 leadership in telecom, data centers, and energy, as well as start-up experience with finance, blockchain, and holding companies.

At MCI, he built out and launched new service and sales centers and directed $1.2B in revenues. Dan led large multi-state sales and service organizations, excelling at the top of the company.

At Qwest, he led a sales and service division that grew to a $145M profit center. He was appointed to the leadership team that acquired and integrated $66B US West. At Montana Power, he integrated a $235M telecom acquisition that grew to $455M.

Dan has been a leader in start-up organizations, acquisitions, negotiations, brand creation, sales, and marketing.

Scott Miles

Scott Miles

Operating Partner

Scott is an energy industry expert, having spent 20 years with Kern River Gas Transmission, a 1,700-mile interstate natural gas pipeline operator in Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and California.

The company was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway’s Energy Holdings. Scott excels in project development, permitting, engineering, construction, maintenance, and capital allocation of regulated interstate gas facilities, including transmission pipelines and natural gas turbine compression stations.

Scott has extensive management experience in pipeline operations, including supervisory control and data acquisition equipment.
